Retreat into the Great Room with an open floor plan to a full gourmet kitchen for the chef at heart! With three spacious bedrooms, full-size closets and large dressers, there's plenty of room to bring family and friends. Over 2,000 sq ft of living space includes the King-size Master Suite with a full private bath attached. Two guest rooms share an adjoining bathroom. Guest Room #1 has two Queen beds. Guest Room #2 has a single Queen bed. A majority of the furnishings have recently been updated including the mattresses; Everyone needs to sleep well!

Beach lovers, fall in love at the water’s edge! The Yacht Club Community Park is located a couple of blocks down from your beach house. Just a short walk or bike ride away, is a quaint sandy beach offering an outside club experience with palm trees, sun rays, great food, drinks, and often a DJ or band. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a fun day at the beach from sunrise to sunset! You will be a few waves away from The Gulf of Mexico, shopping, and dining.

Private Hideaway, Centrally Located

Thank you for having us. It’s the perfect private family hideaway. Upon arrival the place was clean, the linens were beautiful, and the dishes and appliances are top notch. We enjoyed your neighbor, Bill. In fact, he just raced over to tell us that the dolphins were feeding in the canal. We enjoyed bike riding, walking, catching many fish, 2 crab (ate one male), saw 3 sting rays, and observed a school of jellyfish that light up at night. Our youngest enjoyed hunting lizards and caught quite a few before releasing them again. What a great location. Our kids spent hours in the pool and the sun. We are hoping to come back next year and enjoy more of the nearby beach and area attractions. We can’t believe how close Gia’s Villa is to the beach. Hoping to do a boat rental with the private dock located in your backyard. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We made some great memories!

Great Place for Making Family Memories

Gia’s Villa was very spacious, clean, and the lay out was great for adults and kids. We did not feel crowded. Plenty of bedroom space for sleep and storage. The beach is so close! No problem walking down with the little ones. Fun for all with a playground, clean bathrooms, and the water. The Tiki bar at the beach was great for socializing with friends and served good food and drinks. When we became tired of the beach, your heated pool was a great place for our family to hang out and still be right on the water in the canal. First time vacationing in Florida during February and it did not disappoint. Best vacation ever! Thank you and hope to be back for another round of fun.
